Mrs Massaouda is the greatest asset of this hotel. The hotel management is very lucky to have her among the hotel staff. If I would return to this hotel, it would be because of Mrs Massaouda professionalism. Otherwise the room was spacious and comfortable, the pool was heated, and the beach was nice.

Everything about the hotel was excellent—from the prime location and delicious food to the spotless cleanliness and outstanding service. The staff were friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. A special shoutout to Mohamed at the reception, who went above and beyond to make our stay seamless. This is truly my favorite spot in El Gouna.
