This was a great hotel in Guatemala City! We only stayed for one night because we had a flight the next day, but we could've easily spent more time here. We were upgraded to a room with a balcony, which was really nice of them! The staff was friendly during check-in/out as well. The room was nice - a minimalist design, clean, and comfy. It was definitely the best bed and shower we had in Guatemala! The water pressure was strong and the water was hot. We also liked the restaurant on the same floor as our room and there are tons of restaurants, cafes, and bars in the area. We felt safe as well since you need a key to access the hallway to the elevators, to use the elevators, to get back to the hotel rooms from the restaurant, etc. Also the door to your room has an alarm. We also loved that staying here helped contribute to good causes!

    I could not fault the hotel, modern and stylish, great location, it was a nice comfortable room, the staff were very polite and helpful, the rooftop restaurant was good with a nice view, and free airport transfers available.
