Clean, comfortable, luxurious, and quiet. Gorgeous grounds, and views of Assisi above and the surrounding picturesque hills. Bar and breakfast staff wonderful. Breakfast was a highlight. We would love to return.

pool was great! very warm and fun in the middle of winter. Nice areas to just sit on the grass and listen to music.

Too many hotels are cutting back on services- no front desk always on hand, no restaurant, no parking attendant, etc. I stay at hotels often, and it is very rare, in my experience, to see an old style hotel with excellent and professional service. I highly enjoyed my stay. The views were fantastic, from my balcony, the bar and the restaurant. The food at the restaurant was truly exceptional. The stay overall was fantastic, and I highly recommend the hotel for the facilities, but especially for the staff! I am grateful for a wonderful stay and an experience that well exceeded my expectations!
