4-Star Hotels in Florence

Rooms were clean, comfortable and bathroom had a tub. Only 10 minutes walk from tram stop.

Loved the restaurant! The rooms were very clean and the bed comfortable (except the pillows)

They have their own bus , and they take you to the duomo Florence which is perfect

Fantastic service and location. Close to everything including train station. Good renovation taste and amazing view of the restaurant where you can see Cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore directly from the roof.

Very close to the train station. A very classy, clean and well appointed hotel. The AC in the room was able to cope with the 39c outside temperature. The included breakfast was one of the best I have ever had.

Really comfortable, Beautiful. More than a four star standard.

Wonderful breakfast. Room very clean.peaceful location. A few steps from the city center.

The staff was kind and accommodating. They even upgraded our stay! Cute touches in the hotel and rooms. We would stay at any of their facilities again.

Solo experience hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of hospitality & amenities. The room was clean & stylish, hardly 200 mt. to the Duomo. Perfect location for tourists. The streets were lively with lots to shop, in proximity to amazing restaurants & grocery stores yet so peaceful. The staff is polite & helpful. We loved our stay in Florence and will highly recommend it. Thanks!

The location is around 4 km from the train station. The overall experience was great and staff was really helpful and charming. They were very hospitable. The room came with a balcony and which gave a good experience. The hotel was well maintained and so was the room. It is a great hotel to chose :)

I loved the large buffet breakfast with fruit cheese meats and pastries. I enjoyed the jetted tub and large room. it was walkable to train station.

It was very clean, location es great nearby the train station about 8min walking, everything was really easy to move around to the main locations. Staff was amazing

This was our third stay at Hotel Ginori Al Duomo. We love the location, the clean and comfortable rooms, the professionalism and kindness of the staff, the breakfast. It is truly 10 minutes from everything but still on a quiet street. If you have the chance, stay here while in Florence.

It is a quiet location in walking distance from the city center. The hotel is very clean and well kept. The staff is very kind and helpful. Free water.

It was clean and comfortable , staff were very friendly. It was near to public transportation and made easy access to the center.

The location is phenomenal, the design of the room was amazing, I loved how spacious rooms are in this hotel, the service was good, I would highly recommend this property

What a staff! The best hotel staff I have ever seen. We had a small issue because of the photos displayed in our Booking.com reservation showing a desk space in the room and apparently not all rooms have this desk. As we were expecting it (my wife had work to do), we asked them if we could change rooms and they sorted out for us by upgrading our room! They did everything to make our stay be an absolute blast. Reserved restaurants, helped us with all our questions and recommended/reserved a truffle hunt + wine tasting in Tuscany that was the PEAK of our trip. I would not think to stay elsewhere whenever I'm back in Florence. Shoutout to Desiré, Lavinia, and the manager Angela! Thank you for everything! (I'm sorry if I forgot anyone's name)

Everything! I ma particularly picky and I have to say that this hotel was fabulous!!!! The staff is amazing, facilities are beautiful and the location is precious. It is definitely a come back.

The Gold Artè Collection is a quiet place just a three-minute walk from the cathedral. With just 14 rooms, it is a charming, small and thus very personal place. The staff and management are very friendly. We felt very welcome and almost at home. As it is a newly rebuilt hotel, everything is clean and shiny, and everything works. The whole place is air-conditioned, but almost silent with a very soft air stream. The breakfast buffet is small but contains everything you need. The fruit is freshly cut, the eggs are cooked to order and the homemade cheesecake is awesome. If you want a place to withdraw from the bustling city, then this is the place to book. If you're feeling peckish, the Goose Bistro, which is part of the hotel, is always open and serves small meals. And, incidentally, the gold in the hotel's name is well deserved: the appliances are gold and the marble in the bathroom has golden veins. In short, this is a golden place to be, in terms of both its design and management.

Amazing location with close proximity to almost all landmarks. Right in the middle of a busy luxury shopping street. Receptionist lady was super friendly and the Deluxe room was amazing and much more spacious than expected.

The room was big with great design The location was perfect and the staff were very friendly. Will stay here again
