The Hotel room was spacious, and the bathroom was large. The breakfast was very good with a large selection of breakfast items! Also, the location was very convenient, near the train station, markets, shopping and so many restaurants.

Exceptional experience. Large kitchen suite with what appears to be hand built stereo speakers and tube amp, DVD player w extensive cd and dvd collections. Would like to meet the person responsible for such a big investment in the stereos. Adjacent to Mt Hakodate 'Ropeway' and the many sites in Motomachi. Breakfasts were exquisite w many courses/ taste experiences. Also, cooler here than Sapporo in summer.

Fantastic choices at breakfast. Room was very nice and met our needs. The location was amazing for seeing sights. We walked all over the place. They held our luggage so we could see more sights.

From a location standpoint, it’s very close to the downtown “busy” area which means access was very smooth. It’s about a 20-25min walk from Hakodate Station and the Morning Market, which was also pleasant in the mornings. The room was VERY large for a double bed, especially from standard Japan sizes. The welcome drinks (ie free-flow drinks) from 3pm were also refreshing.

    Location is awesome. Just cross road from JR station. 2 mins walk only Most staff are friendly & helpful. The buffet breakfast is excellent with good quality & variety. Also inc 3 different kinds of wine as well. Only $2000 Yen per person when you are guest of this hotel. Room is not huge, but reasonable ok. Especially the bathroom size is good.
