I got upgrade to Deluxe king room with genius program which is very satisfy,the room has a big space with sofa bed,dinner table and a kitchen!! but unluckily that we got room on the 3rd floor so we didn't have a nice view. The bus stop for airport bus just in front of the hotel. but a bit far from JR station, few minutes to nearest tram.
ThailandThe friendly staff and the beautiful, big hotel with free onsen bath inside the hotel. The staff is very kind when allowing us to go to the onsen bathroom at the last minute 9:30am.

New ZealandThe hotel is a bit of a walk away from the train station but very easy to find. It’s easy to get around Hakodate too. The room was spacious and more like an apartment than a hotel room. I had a lovely view of the sea too. The staff is extremely kind and helpful on all manners. The breakfast was very delicious. There were different dishes on both days I’ve been there. And the focus was always on fresh and local ingredients. The hotel has a public bath, a convenient store and gaming facilities as well, so there’s a lot to do inside as well!
