They play this type of white noise music in the lobby that makes you feel relaxed and the view of nagoya from the 24th floor lobby is spectacular. Being in the chunichi building makes you central to much of what sakae has to offer and it's simple to get back to by taxi because you only need to tell the driver the name of the building. Fortunately I lived in nagoya for a long stretch so the area is familiar but it also gives me the cred to say this is a great location.
