The staff was incredibly friendly and spoke English. The hotel overall was very clean. And the convenience of the train station only steps away is a huge plus.

Very nice location on the Oto river and very close to Okazaki Castle. The staff was very helpful and kind. The room was comfortable and the public baths and sauna were very relaxing.

This hotel was awesome and we didn't expect it to be. Very new hotel with excellent rooms, quite modern and a delicious breakfast (don't get me started with the champagne on the buffet) Great location as well with a metro station right beneath the building in a very high end area. Great views of the city. You can't beat the price of this hotel, probably the best out of 5 hotels we stayed at in Japan.
