For Europeans like us this hotel was an absolutely positive surprise regarding value for money. We spent one night in Suratthani just passing through on our way to Koh Samui. Orchid's rooms are spacious, clean, bright, well-equipped, and they even had an access door connecting both my friends' room and mine, which made our stay even more fun. Also, the location is perfect to grab a bite/drink by the riverside. Great spot!

It’s a great hotel: the room is very spacious and the bed/pillows and the chair are comfortable. The train station, two 7/11 stores, a laundry, and plenty of eateries are right nearby. If you are staying in Surat Thani before or after your trip to the islands, this hotel is a really good choice.
