Staff, location and rooms. All the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Especially Victor, the young man at the valet desk who greeted us, loaded and delivered our luggage to our room and valeted our vehicle. Victor was very knowledgeable in the area, helpful and friendly. He gave us some wonderful suggestions on restaurants to try, thank you for the hospitality and help during our stay. The staff at the check in desk also provided great customer service.

This downtown hotel Richmond is a 10-minute walk from the Canal Walk and overlooks the James River and Brown's Island. It offers a sauna and rooms with a flat-screen TV and free WiFi.

I liked the convenience of the location and the size of the room. I also liked that it had a fridge and microwave so we could make our own food.
