Staff was amazing, the room was very comfortable and beautiful. Location was perfect. Breakfast was probably the best breakfast buffet I have had in a hotel. The spa facilities were amazing. I loved this hotel!!

The bathrooms are equipped with a hairdryer, free toiletries and bathrobes. great atmosphere, super friendly and warm staff, excellent breakfast. the spa is a big bonus at the end of an active day

Situated close to the ski lifts in Zermatt, Alpen Resort & Spa features a restaurant, and spacious rooms with cable TV. WiFi in the entire building and transport from Zermatt Train Station from 07:00 o'clock to 21:00 o'clock are both offered for free. There is also an outdoor tennis court on site . What a fantastic Hotel just a short walk from the Train station even though they'll pick you up if you like. This was my 2nd visit. We definitely stay again.
