Originally a wealthy sea captain’s mansion built in 1810, the Hotel Miranda is a fine example of characteristic local architecture. We had a lovely relaxing stay at the Miranda. The building, the patio, the breakfast, the staff were just perfect and made our stay at Hydra even better.

The hotel is close to the port, but in a very quiet location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The breakfast had great variety, and more than enough for the guests. The room was perfect for the two of us, and the soaps had a very pleasant feel and smell, unlike others I’ve experienced. I could’ve easily just stayed in, instead of exploring.

Our room was spacious, stylish, and incredibly clean, with all the little details that make a difference. The breakfast was delicious — fresh, generous, and served in a beautiful setting that made every morning feel like a treat. The location couldn’t be better: tucked away just enough to enjoy peace and quiet, but only a short walk from the port and the main attractions. If you’re planning a trip to Hydra, don’t think twice — Bratsera is the place to stay. It made our experience truly unforgettable, and we’ll definitely be coming back!

Within walking distance from Spilia Beach, Porta Del Mare is close to various cafés, restaurants and bars. We loved the owner and location. The room was amazing. We had such a wonderful stay in this amazing place.

Boasting magnificent views overlooking Hydra, the recently renovated Hotel Hydra is a turn-of-the-century building set in the heart of the island of Hydra. We fell in love with the island and this charming boutique hotel. The view from the bed in the Junior Suite was insanely beautiful. The staff, especially the hostesses, was very friendly and helpful (extra grateful for the recommendations and care of Dafni). The breakfast was fine! The mattresses are hard, we liked it, but it comes to preference.
