From the get-go the staff was very warm and welcoming, especially the cleaning staff were very diligent. The room was neat, and cozy and the books are cute touches. I loved the hanging plant at the entrance. The hotel is eco-friendly and I wish they can incorporate the plants in the rooms too. In this difficult economy the mini bar is free, which is extremely rare or even unheard of and on top of that they offer complementarily natural water which gets replaced and I was pleasantly surprised when i noticed that. I also loved the juices they had at breakfast very refreshing. Lastly, the complementarily chocolates and the note. It shows the extra care they take in satisfying their customers. I highly recommend this hotel, i know they are fairly new and i hope they keep up with this amazing service. It is definitely worth the price you pay for. The location is very well connected with multiple trams.

The property is lovely, very modern, clean and is made from high quality material. Appropriate quality for a high end 4 star hotel. The location is great, close to Legnano, close to the motorway. Lake como , Milan and Malpensa Airport are all within 30 min drive. The small gym has dumbbells going up too 15 kg and a treadmill, bike and cross-trainer. There is an entertainment park, Burger King and other restaurants at walking distance.
Stylish and modern apartment equipped with everything you need. The staff is very kind and always helpful. In the apartment we found very good quality towels and sheets, also they provide water, coffee and delicious Italian cookies. Excellent location for shopping and sightseeing

First impressions is disappointing. Our room was very used and dirty. But Sergio from management, done his best to upgrade us for another room and we were satisfied with the new one. Actually rooms should be as soon as possible renovated, because they are very used, that’s ours star down. But staff and breakfast was incredible. Location very good. Close to city centre and to many attractive locations in Milano. Ours 4 stars from 5 for this Hotel.
We stayed in 2 properties, they were both in great locations, they were fully renovated, stylish, clean and well priced. They were comfortable and well supplied with good quality sheets and towels. There were also coffee pods and other drinks included. Fantastic. the staff at Milan Royal Suites were professional, helpful, friendly and efficient. We can highly recommend these apartments.
