From the outside it doesn't look like much but inside this place is one of the better boutique hotels for sure. I highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfasts were incredible, the bed was very comfortable and the room was slick, modern and stylish. 10/10 would recommend this property. I thought the price, comparable to other hotels of this quality and service level in Japan, was pretty competitive also.
We LOVED this hotel. Top of the class for location, service, room amenities, cleanliness and class. It is a very big hotel but you wouldn’t know it as the check in and concierge are on different floors so there’s no congestion. We loved everything about this hotel. It is new, modern yet very stylish. There’s so many small things that have been considered which may not meet the eye. It is also close to so many interesting areas of Osaka - shopping, food and trains.
Beautiful rooms (we stayed in the newly renovated ones) and a super grandious hotel. Good location in a nice neighbourhood, located close to a few metro stations. Hotel is impecable, very clean, it’s a huge property with shops and many restaurants, but it does feel like it had its glory days in a different era, it’s not a modern hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the staff is very attentive.

Wonderful warm host, stylish architectural design and great location. The house is about a 15-20 min flat walk to central Kyoto, in a quiet friendly neighbourhood with plenty of trendy coffee shops and restaurants. We appreciated the way Yumi greeted us at the property, gave us a tour of the house, helped us plan our itinerary for the week, and booked us into a beautiful restaurant for dinner! The house felt both modern and minimalist but at the same time traditional and cosy. All beds were very comfortable.

Location, Onsen, and in-room amenities. It’s a pretty hotel and modern stylish design. Good breakfast buffet spread. Nice view on the roof terrace. Staff are friendly. Room is well stocked with quality toiletries than many other hotels we stayed. Sleeps 4 comfortably.
