It was very good, compare for the price, location and staff. Specially for day trip, I highly recommend their travel guide guy “Nino” he was so nice, friendly and supportive.

I really enjoyed the kindness of the staff, especially the warm welcome from Mr. Sun. I loved the peaceful atmosphere, the Thai-style architecture, and the stunning rooftop pool view. The delicious food and the free shuttle to Karon Beach made our stay even more enjoyable.

Framed with ancient Thai sculptures, the luxurious Sawasdee Village boasts strong Arabian decor and exotic Thai artwork. The pool access room was very nice with privacy. Very clean and serene environment

We stumbled on Arco after a disappointing hotel visit the night prior and it was one of the best hotel stays we have had and enjoyed in a long time. 10 out of 10!! The room and quality of the hotel are fabulous!! Many details made Arco stand out. The staff and Hotel manager Ray were truly wonderful and always made us feel welcomed and at home. Their breakfast selections are outstanding. All of their recommendations for activities were excellent!! We look forward to returning someday. Thank you Arco!!

Our stay at this beautiful hotel was pure bliss from start to finish. Nestled right on the beach, it offered the perfect combination of serene surroundings and breathtaking beauty. The lush greenery everywhere was so refreshing, and you could feel the tranquility in every corner of the resort. One of our favorite things was the incredible array of sun beds and hammocks scattered along the beach and shaded under trees. Each one was designed for ultimate relaxation, making it easy to lose track of time while simply soaking in the peace. The staff made sure everything was perfect, keeping the grounds immaculate and attending to every detail with such warmth and care. We loved our room, too! It was filled with thoughtful touches like daily-refilled water bottles (sustainability win!), cozy bathrobes, a handy beach bag, and even little hedgehogs to brush off sand after a day on the beach. Plus, the fresh coffee provided in-room was fantastic—no instant here! This hotel is a true paradise, where everything just aligns to create an unforgettable experience. We left feeling recharged, relaxed, and already dreaming of our next visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a heavenly escape by the sea!

The floor manager Saria is very nice respectable and accommoding. The room is very clean and spacious with the balcony not to mention the roofpool. i did feel claustrophobic The hotel very near to Bangla rd. 5min walk. 350m from the beach. everything you need is a mins walk away. Very close to everything. i would be back and definitely recommend anyone who is looking for hotel.
