We arrived in Colombia 2 weeks ago and was told Costeno Beach was THE place to go for New Year's Eve. Luckily, Lote 10 Glamping had space available and I communicated with Angela in advance about potential parties the holiday. She responded quickly, throughly and immediately made us feel cared for. While she could not secure tickets for a big event at another hostel, she let us know Lote 10 Glamping was having cocktails, a 3-course dinner, and bonfire. We jumped at the chance! The front entrance is very secure and we had to call for someone to let us in. We were greeted at the front desk with fresh coconut water and Angela was just as exceptional in person as she was on the phone. We booked a private glamping tent with a King bed that was beyond our wildest expectations. The team at Lote 10 Glamping has thought of every little details - from the bucket of water outside of our tent to clean our feet to stacking wood for a private bonfire and our private beach entrance to a lockable chest for our personal belongings, it was truly a luxury experience. The 3-course dinner was spectacular as well as the free breakfast each morning. At dinner we met a family from Bogota who we know will be our lifelong friends. I cannot recommend this place enough for a comfortable, pampered experience.

We loved that each tent has its own space (in other campsites in the area they pile tents after tents next to each other). It was clean. There was WIFI in the reception area. There is a restaurant but prices for lunch/dinner were expensive. (There is a very good/cheap panaderia 5min away).

Casa de Campo Castillete inside Parque Tayrona is an absolute gem! Ronald, his wife, and the entire staff went above and beyond to ensure an unforgettable experience. The customer service was impeccable, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of. The food was absolutely delicious, showcasing fresh, local flavors that perfectly complemented the stunning surroundings. The place itself is nothing short of spectacular—a serene oasis surrounded by lush nature and breathtaking views. The pool was an absolute highlight, offering a refreshing escape with stunning views of the surrounding palm trees and ocean. It was impeccably maintained and the perfect spot to unwind and soak in the beauty of the area. From the cozy accommodations to the pristine ambiance, every aspect of this location invites relaxation and admiration. I can confidently say this was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and memorable getaway! hostal is just outside the national park, but to get there you already pass the entrance gate of the park. just say you're going to the hostal and then you don't have to pay the fee. amazing location and amazing hostal!!
