The place is amazing as well as the owner Nicole who is always there facilitating her guests. She gave us very useful tips for visiting the national park and is willing to answer any questions you ask. The common area is well-organized, has enough natural light, and very clean.

He welcomed us with such warmth and kindness. He guided us through everything with patience and care, sharing incredibly useful advice about the area, the park, and our plans. You can immediately tell he is deeply knowledgeable and that this place is not just a business for him, but a life project and a true passion. The campsite is extremely well thought out. The equipment is top quality, we slept on elevated beds on the second level with high-quality North Face sleeping bags, very comfortable mattresses, pillow tops, and pillows. We stayed perfectly warm and slept incredibly well. There are separate tents for dining and relaxing, charging stations, and satellite internet, which shows how much effort Carlos has put into thinking about the full experience from arrival to departure. Breakfast was delicious and generous, and the overall atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and full of good energy. Carlos has such a beautiful presence, a genuinely kind soul who clearly cares deeply about his guests and their experience. We were extremely happy with our stay and felt truly taken care of. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Torres del Paine. It’s rare to find someone who puts so much heart, intention, and purpose into what they do.
