All, everything is perfect, the hospitality, staff very very friendly, very close from the temples but if you don't want walk, the hotel has a tuk tuk. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. If you are looking a real Nubian experience, this is the place. We lost the 1st night and the owner offered stay one night more. The road to Abu Simbel is close for tourists at 5pm so if you arrive in Aswan late (between 4-5 pm)to be pickup by a taxi, is impossible you can go to Abu Simbel, is better you stay one night in Aswan and Next day Go. You can arrange everything with the hotel, taxi and stay one night in Aswan, also they have a new beautiful nubio hotel in Aswan. Thank you very much to owner and all team Kabara Nubian House.

There’s a beautiful sense of community and calm that makes you feel instantly at home. Our room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged with everything we needed. One of the most magical parts of the experience was waking up to the smell of the delicious homemade breakfast, prepared with ingredients harvested directly from their own garden. Every meal felt like a celebration of care, simplicity, and love. The kindness of the family went far beyond expectations; they were incredibly thoughtful, generous, and attentive, always making sure we felt safe, supported, and genuinely cared for. Transportation to and from the guesthouse was also well arranged, making everything seamless. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for this beautiful experience. The location is incredible directly on the edge of the desert, with the desert sand under your bedroom window. It's on the West Bank of the Nile, so quiet. They take you with the boat (~15 min) to the city side or Elefantine island whenever you want. It really is a small farm with animals and all (camel, goats, crocodiles). And Mahmoud the owner is a very nice, smart and helpful person.
