We made a reservation for the spa and were the only ones in there…great amenity.

But top of the list would be the staff. From the minute we entered the hotel we were greeted with a smile and offers to assist us in any way possible. The bar and waiting staff in all areas of the hotel were very pleasant and obliging. We ate in the restaurant one evening and were blown away by the level of service and standard of food. Forgot to mention the lovely experience I had in the spa also.. It was evident that this hotel puts service with a smile on top of their priorities in delivering the best experience to their clients.
