Extremely nice staff, the room and the facilities were clean and the location was very good for us. We liked the calm atmosphere at the hotel, it was very relaxing.

Great lobby, spacious, nice swimming pool, lovely rooms like ball rooms although I think we’ve received a room upgrade which they did not tell me but I’m very gratefull for it as it was a luxurious stay! I was already a returning guest in ISanook BKK and most probably, if I can afford it, I will be back here as well. Pool water is rather cold. Great breakfast selection as well Asian as Western and even more choices on weekends! Lovely balconies in the rooms

Communication with the owners was excellent, the room was spotlessly clean, comfortable bed and pillows, great location. Great value.
