Very friendly staff, my german is not too good and luckily there was someone that spoke pretty good english too. We arrived quite late, and that was also not a problem. The wifi was pretty fast for what I expect (20mbps), so that was nice too. The shower water was also up my standard, nice and hot haha. The location is also very good, about a 20 min drive to Lienz, which I find really nice. And besides that, you can also easily go for a walk or run without having to drive, there are a lot of trails around.

We had a great stay on our way to Dolomites by bycicles. Everything looks new, the view from the balcony was perfect. It has a secure place to store the bikes. Breakfast was good. The interaction with the staff was excellent
