Briefly, the hotel is just amazing. The staff were super friendly and caring. The place is a few meters away from the pyramids entrance, very accessible to everywhere in cairo. The view from the hotel’s restaurant is breathtaking, overlooking the pyramids like you are really inside the pyramids itself. The room was also super clean tidy. The breakfast was a quite good and delicious and they served it with love.. i highly recommend this hotel and my next visit to Egypt will be definitely there.

We stayed for two nights. The hotel seemed to be renovated recently. Everything looks new and clean!Location is very close to pyramids. We can even see the pyramids from the room!We had breakfast with pyramids just in front of us which is perfect experience! Very kind staff, she let us check in early and even prepared breakfast for us! Their mongo fresh juice is really good quality! Everything was simply perfect.👌 I highly recommend!

The family managing chez L'ami became our family. They arranged everything from a van for an Alexandria day trip to a spectacle dinner cruise on the Nile. All at very competitive prices. Food was home cooked and delicious. All in all it was our home away from home for a week in Giza.

The owner Mahmoud is a cosmopolitan optimistic and helpful man who speaks perfect English and knows everything you would ever need to know about Cairo and Egypt. Truly helpful and kind. The manager Esra, and other workers I met, Dua, Yusuf, Machmood, and Nusa are also incredibly helpful, easy-going and all around great people. Esra is also the very best guide to the pyramids that there is! Before booking with anyone else I recommend checking to see if she's available. I loved the beds, the room, the view, the cleanliness, comfort and style and they even have an incredibly affordable and delicious cafe right on the roof! I liked this hotel so much that I extended my stay beyond my original plans. If you're reading this and looking for a place within a two minute walk of the pyramids and in this price range, you're pretty lucky, because you won't need to continue searching. This is definitely the right place!
