The room is super clean, kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need.they got a washing machine and a dryer which are free to use.The host is very generous and shows a great hospitality. The hotel located just in the tourist zoon,five minutes walk to the sulphur bathhouse and median bazaar. But it not noisy during the night. The wifi signal is steady and fast, there got a table in the room,so no problems if you need to do some works with your laptop.

Very good price for Tblisi. It is a true guesthouse in a local resident compound. If you like this type of accommodations , you love it. Don’t be put off by the entrance and the external facade. The lady host is very sweet and very nice. She was there to greet us at 4am! We returned to the same place when back from our tour. Parking is available You will need to climb 3-+1 stairs just be advised. Room is basic but comfortable, has TV and Fridge. Great view

The family who runs this guest house is so nice and very helpful. The amenities are great with a kitchen and laundry available. I liked that the location was quiet and an easy walk or bus ride to most places in the city. I had a great stay and would highly recommend!

It’s a very clean and comfortable guesthouse with great hosts. Their breakfasts were also great. A bit far from city center, but there is a bus stop right outside their front door that takes you there in 10 minutes, so it’s really no problem.
