First of all the host is responding fast and is apptoachable, the property is the same in the picture, secondly there is kitchen with facilities which is very reliable for people who like to stay long, room and washroom is very clean and there is dryer with iron in each room, Finally the property is located near the borjomi within 5 min by car and 20 min walk, the view of the room is jus breath taking specially for sunrise and sunsets.
