we we're welcomed by our host Igor. he was very nice and gave us a tour around the property. the whole property was very nice and clean and has a very homey vibe. our room had a garden view and from the garden you can see the amazing landscape view of the part of kutaisi with bagrati cathedral on top of the mountain. delicious homemade breakfast was served every morning by our exceptional host Palina.

I've been staying in two bedroom apartment for three days, I was very satisfied with hospitality and fully renovated apartment for reasonable price. Highly recommend this place for stay.

Incredible hospitality! Every morning we were treated to a lavish, personally prepared breakfast - honestly, more food than we could eat :) Sheets and towels were changed every couple of days. The host is a wonderfully warm and thoughtful woman - it was a real pleasure chatting with her. We'll definitely be back next time we visit Kutaisi!

Incredibly warm and helpful Tatia, the owner of the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and in my case, the room had a huge terrace with an amazing view. Definitely exceeded my initial expectations.
