It was fantastic! I really loved the hotel. It's got a very cool and quirky style. The rooms are nice and comfortable. There's a lot of places to go to eat. But I think the highlight is the personnel. They were so welcoming and nice to me. They helped me with every single little thing. They went extra mile to help me with the booking (finding the motorbike, doing laundry, reserving nice rooms). I really loved it! I stayed here twice, and to be honest, I hope if I ever go back to Malang I'll stay here again too! Thank you very much for this service!

Excellent. The room and washroom was big, neat and clean. The hotel arranged the tour to Tumpak sewu waterfall. The location is very good near the shopping mall.
