Had a brilliant stay. I have stayed at many hotels in Goa but this was on the top of the list of best stays ever. Nice hotel with friendly staff. Clean rooms. Clean towels and bedsheets. Close to the beach🏖️. The view from the balcony was amazing. Beautiful property. The service was exceptional as well. Would definitely recommend and would certainly stay here again.

The room was very clean, AC and Wi-Fi were completely faultless. Bed was comfortable and the caretaker was extremely lovely. The location was good as was towards the quieter end of baga so felt like a little retreat at the end of the day. Was also good location to get to the baga cliffs which have quieter bars and restaurants which we recommend highly. Especially ‘go with the flow’. Owner of the property was very active on WhatsApp and helped out instantly with whatever we needed.

It's a beautiful property and Sajjan and team are very warm and welcoming. The rooms were clean and the food was very good!

Property is very clean and hygienic. Walkable to the beach. The property owner Mr. Glen is very helpful and genuinely guides you with everything you need in Goa. Mainly I had the room from 16-18 but due to my kids school I had to change the dates 2days ahead and I was worried about last minute changes that if I could get the property to stay. Booking.com it said sold out but later I called the owner Mr Glen and told the issue and he was so kind to understand the issue and help me move my dates without any extra charges and this is only with him I think. Usually as we check in to any hotel they ask for the payment first but here till I myself opened up and asked he didn’t even ask for payment. This is very very rare. Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality Glen. See you

Quaint, cozy guest house in the Heritage District. Beautiful art work, relaxing and tastefully decorated rooftop terrace. Breakfast on the terrace is offered. The guest house is run by a very nice family. All staff were very polite and helpful. Got me in touch with the right people to book onward travel. Room was spotlessly cleaned daily. Nice location. I had a very pleasant stay. Would recommend

Lovely hotel situated in the heart of the heritage district. The rooms have spacious and luminous interiors, with high ceilings, multiple windows, and a charming balcony. The breakfast provided was excellent and diverse.

The property is in a lovely location of old Portuguese buildings. Our room was an annexe on the ground floor. The owner Deric was very very helpful and full of information. I would thoroughly recommend this accommodation to people traveling on a budget. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable . It is a nice, quiet location with an excellent host .
