Kenath was a lovely host, super friendly and helpful. We stayed here upon arrival in Sri Lanka and it made for a lovely little stop over even though it was raining which, to be honest, actually added to the cosy Japanese vibe of the place.

The room was wonderful, with a patio door that led right out to the pool. There was a great patio area that was perfect to sit on with my book and relax. The whole property, including the pool, was very clean and beautiful. Also, the wifi was very good there.

I liked everything about the property. It was neat and clean. The room and decor was clean cut and inviting. The air con worked well. There was body wash, shampoo, hand wash and toilet paper. Gerry is such a wonderful host. He is a great chef, and has made us some of the best meals we have ever had in our lives, the price of the food and accommodation is so reasonable. You have to have the prawn curry, beef burgers, fish and chips and desserts. Everything was so delicious. He makes everything fresh. So, so good. From the airport, it is only 15 minutes by Tuk tuk. We stayed there when we were leaving Sri Lanka as well as Gerry, Prince and Thilini made us feel so welcome. Stay here in Negombo, you definitely won’t be disappointed. Thank you Gerry. We hope to see you all again.

Great value for money, 5min walk from the beach and restaurants. The room was comfortable, breakfast yummy (especially the homemade pancakes!). Highly recommend this property, the price and the quality you get.
