Right from the beginning our hosts were amazing, considerate, and so welcoming. They were very helpful and even when there were problems with the washing machine they still helped make it possible for me to do two loads of laundry. Our room was large and spacious, very comfortable, with a lovely bathroom as well. Our guesthouse was within walking distance from the old town and we had a wonderful stay. I would love to return.

Wayside was a great place for our 4 night stay in Chiang Mai. The location within old town is close to the north gate down a quiet alley. Our room was big with plenty of space to spread out, large bathroom, and A/C is great. Having instant coffee, tea, water, and bananas available all day was a nice touch. Breakfast is very good and made to order, so be prepared to wait, especially when it is busy as she is preparing everything in a tiny kitchen!

I highly recommend Triple Palms House. Ideal location. Comfortable and affordable rooms for individuals, families, friends, or groups. The owner offers free tea and coffee and also let us use one of his bicycles. Would definitely stay again!

The manager is exceptional. She helped us with navigating the town, renting the car and booking a tour. We were about to stay only 1 night to see where else to move. But we ended up staying here whole trip. Location is perfect, there some good and cheap cafes, night market nearby.

I was looking for a place where I could see planes landing at Chiang Mai Airport and this is it! The room was large and very well-equipped with dining utensils, microwave oven, fridge and a hairdryer. Definitely worth the price.

The hotel room is clean and comfortable. The shared bathroom is also clean. Location is closeby the old city center. Noon, our host, is very friendly lady and very helpful during our trip in Chiang Mai. I booked one tour for visiting elephant sanctuary with my family and it was very memorable experience. Hotel provide laundry service 60 thb/kg and shuttle taxi to airport by red taxi (songtheauw) 200 thb. We made use of them and we were satisfied. Free simple breakfast was provided (toast, fruit(mango, banana, long an), coffee, tea)
