The property is around 1.2 km from Wat Sri Suphan, 1.8 km from Elephant Care & Grand Canyon Jumping and 2.1 km from Chang Puak Market. I liked it so much that I spent one full day in the terrasse and garden instead of walking around the city. The garden is cute, everything is nicely decorated you really can feel in a real home. Also suitable for working as there is a big table in the common room you can use as a desk. The beds are comfortable and the curtains for privacy are much appreciated. All the facilities are perfect. The neighbourhood is quiet yet close to interesting places. I hope I can go again soon.

This property is set a short distance from attractions such as Chang Puak Gate, Chang Puak Market, and Chiang Mai Gate. I felt like in a boutique hotel, except the rooms were dorms! The staff is the friendliest, truly amazing and really recommending top things to see/do in Chiang Mai (I wouldn’t have seen the stunning Monk’s trail if not for them). Coffee and tea are available all day long. WiFi works fantastic in the rooms and common area. The decoration is so inspiring, from the showers to the chilling area in the patio. The beds are comfy, wide, with a little “cupboard” and a mirror to organize your stuff. Great great great!!! I loved this place so much I came back two extra nights after my trip to Chiang Rai. And I would come back here for my next stay in Chiang Mai.

Hostels – what are they?

Hostels offer so much more than a cheap place to stay – they're also a fun way to travel and meet like-minded people. Common areas like shared kitchens and game rooms give you the chance to swap tips, tricks, and travel stories with backpackers from all over the world.

Hostels have come a long way since the first youth hostel opened back in 1912. Nowadays there's something for everyone, from budget "crash pads" to 5-star "poshtels." Whether you'd prefer a bed in a shared dorm or your own private room, you'll see that most hostels are cheaper than local hotels – and a lot more fun, too!
