The units are very nice and clean, with 2 levels and two bedrooms. The beds were not as comfortable as we are used to at home but firm, as expected in Thailand. The unit had two full bathrooms, wifi, and a tv with streaming. There is also a small kitchen area with a sink and a refrigerator. Outside, there is a beautiful garden and breakfast area.There is free coffee and toast available, which guests can make themselves. However, we requested a full breakfast every morning, and it was exceptional.They offer excellent coffee drinks from their coffee bar at a small additional price. The hostess was very accommodating and helpful with arranging transportation for us around the city. Highly recommended place to stay in Ayutthaya.

The property is beautiful and very well cared for. Duck and the rest of the staff were so attentive and lovely. They went out of their way to help us with any request and suggest tours etc. Suke arranged travel for us even when we left. He made us feel like we had a friend in Thailand and we are very grateful to him.

The staff was very friendly. They helped us book a boat temple tour. They would bring us fresh local fruit and bottles of water in the morning. They have a nice 100 baht breakfast available. There are many things for tourists within short distance.
