The rooms were very warm, spacious and nicely decorated. The views from the terraces are also amazing especially in the mornings when the hot air balloons are passing by!

Let me start with the hosts Derya and Emin, who are absolutely wonderful. Helpful with planning activities and so pleasant to be around. The rooms are comfortable and spotless clean. The garden is a wonderful place to relax and the location is an easy walk to town. Heads up, motorcyclists, Emin has a garage that he offers to those of us riding motorcycles. As we know that’s a huge plus. I highly recommend this place and hope to return.

A good location for a relaxing holiday in Avanos, Hikmet's House is a guest house surrounded by views of the inner courtyard.

Sakli konak is a real surprise for us. Mr. Hasan is wonderful host. He has accomodated us with such a hospitality that we will never forget. He provided us with room upgrade and have always been there to help. The room is amazing and cozy with Hamam which is something really special for us. Breakfast is yummy and cafe has beautiful space.
