Communication with the host is very quick and easy. The city is nice, calm, charming and we felt safe everywhere. Everything was really good.

While I was initially disappointed at the lack of light in the room, Danielle went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. She moved us to extraordinary accommodations next-door and was unbelievably responsive to all of our needs. She arranged for someone to take our luggage up and down the (very steep) steps when we checked out and was extremely helpful in making suggestions about places to eat. In the end, this was one of our best stays during our trip!
