The location is wonderful, in the middle of rice paddies, viewing Borobodur in the background. The staff is exceptional and took us to a local archery event that was just great. The rooms are very comfortable and the breakfast is good. We rided the resort bicycles to discover the surroundings and we had a great day.

The guesthouse is built by a dutch couple who has lived in Indonesia for almost 20 years. They build this place step by step and maintain the condition of housing with considerable intention. The rooms are comfortable and quiet, with many details to discover, such as the old wooden furniture from East Timur and the garden panorama designed according to specific slope angle. The local host in charge is an Indonesian couple. They are super friendly and willing to share life stories with guests. Cats and dogs in the facility are well taken care of. It is highly recommended to read the booklet of the "History of Rumah Lereng Bandung" during the stay. In sum, this is one of the best place that I've ever stayed.

Definitely would be back there again. Located in a housing of Banyuwangi kota, which is near by Banyuwangi kota train station and convenient location too. Took about 5-8 minutes drive from station itself and easy way to go Ketapang area. Take a local uber to take you to Ketapang harbour if you would like to cross by ferry ship to Bali. Clean and neat place, comfort room and absolutely friendly owner, you will find a new local's life experience there. I arrived in midnight time and the staff was happy to help, they were really accomodate us. Amazing banyuwangi

The people were really kind, i liked the sphere of the room and garden and the breakfast was really nice!

They only have 2 rooms for rent, but you can see the love, care and attention to details in each room. The mattress is on the floor but still comfy. The room is really well equipped with near-bed socket, shampoo, shower, towel, iron and hairdryer. Some comments mentioned the noise from a nearby mosque and neighbor's chickens, but it wasn't that loud, I slept like a baby without earplugs. The hosts are super friendly and helpful. They even prepared a breakfast box for me despite the fact that I left at 4am.
