We had a great stay here- the room was clean and felt premium. The internet was great and we loved the facilities. Everyone we encountered (guests and staff) were lovely. First, our host, David, his family, and their 18-year-old dog were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They generously shared information about Oaxaca and the traditions of Día de los Muertos, making our stay both educational and enjoyable. They also showed great care for our safety, especially at night, and even provided transportation services late in the evening. My friend and I truly felt at home and appreciated in their care. The room was clean and comfortable, with an additional living space and kitchen that made our stay even more convenient. Do note that you'll need to bring your own shampoo and body wash. The common space on the third floor is absolutely AMAZING. While the location is a bit farther from downtown Oaxaca, the stunning mountain views from the beautiful garden make it well worth the stay.

I stayed for 7 days and the atmosphere is the best I have ever experienced, every day there’s a different activity to bring together the guests, most of them related to mexican culture! Also the breakfast was the best I ever had!
