the clearness, especially that the towels and linens are all washed without fragrance(probably hot temperature washing with just hot water or very little chemical) we requested housekeeping without any fragrance, and all the staffs took my request seriously and perfected it it matters a little to me as I have severe multi chemical sensitivity, and I feel sick or get headaches with fragrances and chemicals
