Loved the complimentary drink vouchers. The hotel was clean and well taken care of. I had an issue with the TV and with one text message, someone was at my door. Breakfast was wonderful. I loved having choices and everything was served hot. My daughters loved the room having two tvs so they could watch their show and I could watch mine. The beds were comfortable.

We stayed in a lovely spacious room with a very comfortable bed and the location of the hotel was excellent, very close to the Bourbon Street and all the bars and restaurants. The view from our room on the 16th floor was superb.

We loved the property! The staff were very nice and helpful! They had breakfast n supper for us included with our stay! Both of which were delicious I might add! Our room was absolutely beautiful and so comfortable! We were so close to all the good restaurants the move n literally across the street from a Whole Foods! It made our time in Metairie so nice being so close to everything!

    Booking.com didn't make a good arrangements with hotel, I had to deal with 4 parties: Hilton, restaurant, parking company and Booking.com. Breakfast with no value for money paid and I had to pay extras. Valet parking was so.expensive. The worst in many years working with Booking.com

    We went to 6 different hotels (Hampton and Hilton) in 10 days and the font desk staff in New Orleans was the nicest, always smiling and being helpful. The commodities are clean and in a very good shape. The room was spacious and the view was nice.

    The staff was friendly upon check in. The valet guy had a great sense of humor (“Just tip me $100 tomorrow.”) with a fantastic memory as to which car was ours despite the hotel being full. Staff responded quickly to a burned out light bulb and missing hair conditioner. Great location close to the Convention Center. Will return to this Hilton.
