    The house is very well equipped, very clean and extremely well presented -an absolute credit to the owner. The beds were comfortable, and the spacious and updated bathrooms and kitchen were first class. The three of us were staying in Batemans Bay to play a round of golf at the Catalina Country Club which is a stone's throw down the road. We went back to the Catalina Club for dinner that night and we were able to walk to and from very easily. The contact with the owner was fantastic and the procedure with the key safe was seamless. I honestly couldn't be happier or more impressed with the property and whole experience and would highly recommend this property, especially if playing golf.
