Very nice location in a prime location, near to the beach. A free big parking area with a 5 min walk. Everything went smooth with a helpful host. The house is surprisingly huge with modern amenities in all the rooms. The rooms were very clean. There are several seating and dining areas in the balconies. We had a memorable stay . Will recommend for sure.

I lived with my family here for 18 days and we were lucky to be the first visitors of this house. It have been just renovated and is really fresh. The house is perfectly equipped with everything you may need, especially kitchen. It is very cozy, spacious and comfortable. Good for kids as it has private yard with grass and good pool nearby. Surrounded by palms and green bushes in very quiet place. We were a bit worried about our noisy children so that they would not interfere to people living nearby. The location is also ideal: botanic garden is just over a fence, few restaurants in 1 min walk, big supermarket 3 min walk, there were always places in the parking. We really loved it. Claudia is an excellent and friendly hostess, easy to communicate and arrange. We hope to come again.

The house is fantastic, lots of outdoor space and private. We thought some of the outdoor areas would be shared with other properties and were surprised its all private! Huge amount of lovely space with sea views and lovely plants everywhere! The outdoor bbq area was really nice, sheltered from wind with a sound system and fans, a great place to hang out. The kirchen was well stocked and there was good wifi throughout the whole property. There's also a separate office which would be great for remote workers. Massimo was very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble! He provided some basics in the kitchen for us like bread, fruit and coffee which was great too. The house felt lovely and rural but still close to town, if you're a fast walker you can get to the beach in just under 10 minutes. We would definitely stay again, it was clear Massimo takes great pride in this home and it was fantastic value for money!

A great location - very central and surprisingly quiet as it's in a pedestrianised passage. All of Puerto's amenities are close by, including good supermarkets, shops, waterfront. The apartment is really clean, well-furnished and spacious, with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Beds were comfy and we all slept well. The kitchen is well equipped. A lift to the second floor and a lovely balcony were both well used and appreciated. Comms with Irene were excellent throughout booking, check in and check out process. On the pricey side but definitely the best accommodation we've had in Puerto over many visits.

Property was just like in the pictures. Nice and clean when we got there. They meet you at the property with keys. Garage for rental car too so you dont have to park in the streets.
