We had a fantastic 10-day stay at this property. The host was incredibly friendly, generous, and always available to assist us. The house is wonderfully secluded, ensuring a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. The sunset view at night was simply breathtaking! Inside, the house exceeded our expectations in terms of size; we were pleasantly surprised. It's fully equipped, making our stay even more convenient and enjoyable.

We really enjoyed our stay at Anelia House in Ammoudi Bay. It’s such a unique experience from staying up in Oia and we loved waking up every day to the boats rocking on the water. Around the corner from the bay is a beach walking distance and underneath the apartment is the famous Sunset restaurant. We never had any issues with noise and the apartment has amazing air conditioning. To get to Oia you do have to take the stairs, so I wouldn’t recommend this property if you have mobility issues. We, however, enjoyed the workout and adventure.

The Bay Loft was a charming apartment conveniently situated above the Sunset Ammoudi Restaurant and offers a STUNNING view of the sea. Oia is known for its breathtaking sunsets and the streets were thick with tourists trying to catch a glimpse of this, BUT....I was able to do that while sipping wine at the privacy of the loft's balcony. Nikol was an exceptional host. The Loft was a beautiful place already, but her heart-warming welcome made my experience all the more unforgettable. She ensured that the place was stocked with all the necessities: coffee, bread, honey, jams, eggs, milk, snacks, fresh fruits, and a bottle of wine :) She also filled the refrigerator with seven 1-liter water bottles that were much-needed due to the heat. Overall, The Bay Loft exceeded all of my expectations and to give it 10/10 feels unjust since it deserves a 20!!!!

The location was excellent, with a perfect view of the sunset. Our room also had a heated private infinity pool, which means we could enjoy it even if the weather wasn't great. The staff was also exceptional, going all out to fulfill all my requests, especially the one for a romantic setup for a proposal, which went great!

This is an exceptional property. Perfectly simple. The rooftop terrace has the best views in Oia. The manager, Fitim is very attentive and answers texts promptly. One of the best places we have stayed.

Beautiful and unique cave hotel in Santorini. Host and staff were extremely welcoming and helped to carry our lagguge to the hotel as it is very difficult carrying luggage along the cliffs of Santorini. Beautiful view looking over Oia's cliff-hanging town and the caldera. Very centrally located in Oia so we could easily walk around the town to visit sites and it is surrounded by shops and restaurants. Breakfast was exceptional too and really loved the indoor hot tub.
