From Shin-Osaka it's round about 20-30 mins to the south of the city, depending on how you'll travel there (subway, taxi, JR-line...) The communication with the owner was really uncomplicated. The house was stuffed with everything you would ever need and was really clean and comfortable. I would recommend booking it and also booking it again if I stay in Osaka next time. Thank you again!

The surrounding is very calm. Close to the railway station, local restaurants, supermarket, and nice cake shop. The house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed.

Very close to attractions like Aquarium, Universal studios etc. The neighboorhood is pleasant and quiet. This is a house with 3 floors: - 1st floor (ground floor in japan is called 1st floor :)) with the Mario kids bedroom and bathroom - 2nd floor with the living room and kitchen - 3rd floor with adult bedroom and balcony Everything is automated and modern: The toilets, you go inside, light will switch on automatically and the WC cover will also open automatically! After you are done, you exit and the light will switch off and WC close by itself too after a few seconds! All water sinks are automated too as well as the bathtub! Garbage collection is clean and sorted! We stayed there during summer in Osaka so it was very hot! But there is air conditionner indoor so it was still great.
