    The check in with amirina was smooth and enjoyable even though she had to ask me for a 509$ deposit due to non availability of the credit card. But with her approach I had no problem doing it The check out was also great with pardeep, as I had an issue with some guests in my floor, her intervention along with the Nihad showed me the professionalism of IHG teams. Thanks for your action that recovered the issue I had on the night before

    We experienced excellent customer service while at the Holiday Inn Toronto downtown. Ash was our front desk staff person who did a most wonderful job of informing us of the amenities at the hotel and the surrounding area. He suggested we eat dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was very tasty.

    We had nothing but good things to say about this Holiday Inn Express. The rooms are lovely, well appointed and spacious. Loved the chaise lounge for relaxing after a day of touring in Toronto. The staff were super friendly and efficient. Their breakfast offerings were tasty and more than generous.

    When we arrived , our room was not ready. They moved us to nearby Holiday Inn hotel for one night. We were told that one night amount will be refunded, which has still not done. Please arrange refund urgently.

    Al most everything.... from a well trained staff to the location to facilities, everything was just perfect. I truly enjoyed the vibe of the hotel. The airport shuttle was the cherry on top (even though, i missed this when i landed in Toronto and end up paying CAD50 for a 5 min ride). I also appreciate how the wonderful staff at reception was able to help us on every request we made. Very early check in and very late check out. Well done Holiday Inn Express.... you've mastered the formula for customer service.
