We were greeted warmly by the hosts, Steve and Lia. They were kind and welcoming people, gave lots of advice, and helped us with planning our excursions around north Bali. The privacy of the property, as well as the spectacular views, make it a fantastic getaway spot in the middle of the Balinese hills. As a bonus, the food was wonderful. The Beef Rendang was my favourite.

    It‘s the second time I stayed at Buda‘s Homestay and I will come back every time I visit Bali. The room is basic but very clean and the surrounding is just breathtaking! Buda took us to a beautiful waterfall / ricefield trekking. We learned a lot about the region and the Balinese culture. Buda‘s family is so lovely and the food they serve at the homestay is delicious. Hilghly recommended!!

    Buda and his family are so friendly and welcoming! The location of the homestay is away from crowds and tourism. With such a great view on rice fields you have a great stay in the indonesian nature!!! I recommend the tour to the fields and the waterfall with Buda! It is worth it!!!

    This homestay is truly special because of the Host Buda, his family and friends. They want you to experience the culture and lifestyle of Balinese people while being as helpful as possible. The rooms fulfill basic needs while the food and the tours offered are exceptional.     Buda's homestay is surrounded by nature. Buda and his family are happy to show their village and the beautiful surroundings. We learnt about their culture, got to taste their food, eat papaya from their garden etc. We booked the waterfall tour with a hike in the rice terraces and had a massage at the homestay. Everyone was helpful and friendly. It was one of our best and most authentic Bali experiences, we highly recommend it.
