This place is perfect for leisure、 best place to put down your job, The environment is very quiet. You can lie on the tatami and watch the sky all day. The owner is a great chef, but we had so much fun outing and came back so late that we didn't want to bother him, so we didn't have the honor to try his dishes (hope to stay longer next time). The hostess is also very friendly and enthusiastic. It could be because it’s a holiday, it could be the people is friendly , it could be because the weather is good, we just feel relaxed all the time🥰😝😋

The host Masumi was incredibly friendly and helpful in providing us information on both the home and the Arashiyama area. We had all of our needs met and more in terms of individual rooms, communal space for leisure, and home utilities. Most importantly it was in a very convenient spot for communities to attractions, some of which were only walking distance. It was the perfect location and the perfect experience for our stay in Kyoto, and I would highly recommend it for any group of friends.

Exceptional property located a short train ride away from Kyoto. Host was quick to respond to messages. A Lounge/Kitchen area was provided so that you could get some breakfast.

The host Kevin was very friendly and very communicative. He provided suggestions for things to do in the area. You could reach him through WhatsApp at any time. He provides free water and washing powder for laundry. He even offered to drive us to the train station when we were leaving, which we happily accepted. The rooms are clean and spacious and has all the basics you need. The hotel is also conveniently located by a quiet stream and easy to reach by bus and metro.

The staff running this hotel are some of the nicest people I've met in Japan. Everything was super clean and comfortable. I'd stay here again if I was in Kyoto in the future.

The hosts were really accommodating and nice. Ms. Haruka was kind enough to meet us by the station and take us to the lodgings when we first arrived (we had got a little lost on our way there). We were also treated to some great tea and persimmons when we arrived; very delicious! The location was situated near the station, so getting around the city wasn't too difficult. Accommodations were great, and we enjoyed the very cozy feeling when we would return home in the evenings after being out and about the city.

The hosts were so kind and generous. Very helpful with recommendations and very hospitable, even driving us to the station! The room was perfect and the property was in such a great location.

Super clean, check in/out process was easy, no doubt on the security, the location is near to Kujo Kawaramachi bus stop, Tofukuji station and only approx 1.2km from Kyoto station. Reception is very informative.
