Baboo House is a very affordable hostel located in the heart of Yokohama Chinatown. I initially thought the room was a bit cramped, but the friendly staff downstairs made up for it. I had a wonderful time hanging out with them late into the night drinking and talking and listening to music. Baboo House is a kind of hostel where you meet interesting locals and become fast friends. It was a nice change from most other hostels that’s impersonal and corporate. I would stay there again.

I love this place! Sure me and my friends would come back to rent this place again. The location is good that is in the heart of Chinatown because you can stroll and have a rest for a while then stroll around again.

The staff was really friendly, welcoming, helpful, and kind. The well thought design of the property was beautiful making it such a calming and comforting place. The blanket was very soft and the location was perfect near the beach and near the main road. Looking back, my time there was very relaxing and refreshing. Would definitely love to revisit !

I had the best stay at Hisayo’s home💛 She’s such a kindhearted person, really enjoyed our conversation :) She gave me the best tips for getting around the city and Mt.Fuji. Would definitely revisit this cozy inn when I’m back to Tokyo 🥰
