Great place, very cozy, with a very friendly and helpful manager, centrally located (wuthin walking distance from the fort, the souq, and many shops and restaurants), and all for a great price (among the cheapest and most central in Nizwa). Clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend it.

Beautifully renovated old Omani house. It was our favorite place we stayed during our trip in Oman, and hope to be back again soon. Great dinner and incredible breakfast spread. Owner gave good local recommendations of what to see in and around Al Hamra. Locally-sourced and all natural soaps in the bathrooms were a perfect added touch. Would recommend it as a must stay for any friends that ask for recommendations in Oman.

The location is absolutely perfect although it took us some time to actually find it, the room is brand new and very clean, the person who manages it is very accommodating although we never saw him (upon request we got the 3 single beds room and without us asking, a 4th mattress was kindly provided to further accommodate our family). great value for money!
