The wonderful smell as we entered the riad was just the beginning. We were welcomed by a really friendly staff. Thank you Ismail. He gave us many important details about the city and programs as well. The room was perfect. The decoratipn of the whole riad is amazing. My favourite place was the roof terrace where breakfast was served in the mornings. Breakfast was beyond my imagination. The staff organised the excursions, transfer and even a cooking class for us last day.

The architecture is stunning, and the central pool surrounded by lush plants makes the hotel feel like a true oasis in the middle of the medina. We were welcomed with tea and biscuits, and treated like VIPs from the very first moment. The food at the hotel was simply delicious — every meal was a delight. But what truly made our stay unforgettable were the people. I wish I had taken down their names, because every single staff member — from reception to housekeeping — was incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive. My parents and I felt so warmly welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. This hotel is truly a gem — a perfect blend of beauty, comfort, and genuine hospitality.

Mohamed is a such a wonderful host - attentive , friendly and always ready to help. Thanks to him, everything was perfectly arranged: airport transfers, a beautiful trip to Essaouira, and helpful advice about the city. The home-cooked meals by his mother and lovely sister were simply delicious-full of authentic Maroccan flavours . The Riad felt cozy, peaceful, and full of heart. I truly felt at home, and l would love to stay at Riad ZIFAMO again on my next visit to Marrakesch !

I would highly recommend this Riad to anyone looking to stay in Marrakech. If you get the chance to meet Adil, you will immediately understand the recommendation even above the physical charm of the riad.

The peaceful, calm and supportive atmosphere. Everyone is friendly and engaging. I enjoyed feeling close to nature and not in the city. Food was also amazing. I'm not a breakfast person but I just couldn't resist the Moroccan breakfast every morning after my workout in the gym. Looking forward to coming again and will recommend it to others.
