I came across Truc Home by chance on Booking, and it was love at first sight. True to my first impression, the host arranged for me to stay in a balcony room filled with sunlight. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, spotless, and the room was spacious and fully equipped. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of Da Nang city. I had a truly comfortable 4 days and 3 nights here. Without a doubt, I’ll return to Truc Home on my next trip to Da Nang.

A car rental service is available at the homestay. The location of this place is very good! It's near the Dragon Bridge and the night market. So when go up to the rooftop, can see the dragon on the bridge, although it is partially blocked by other buildings. And it's also not far from the shops. In parts of the room, it seems nice for us, good bed and pillows is very support to sleep well. For the owner, he and his family is very cute. Because it is a homestay, so they take care of us like relatives. If need helps or anything, you can tell him or inform him via the app. It is very convenient!

The guest house offers city views, a sun terrace and a 24-hour front desk. I don’t normally write reviews, but our time here was so fantastic I felt like we had to. Thien and his family were beyond delightful and generous, we are so grateful for the kind hospitality they offered us during Tet! The room was spacious and comfortable and we loved the huge window looking out over the city. The home stay is well situated with plenty of good restaurants and cafes nearby, including an incredible vegetarian restaurant right across the street. Would definitely stay again next time we visit Da Nang. Thank you Thien!

Offering city views, Banana Flower Homestay is an accommodation set in Da Nang, 2.4 km from Thanh Binh Beach and 1.4 km from Indochina Riverside Mall. Easily one of the best places I have stayed in in Asia and very affordable. Really lovely owner and very helpful. Extremely clean and comfortable. We extended our stay here.

I like everything about this place, the location, how clean it was, this is a loving place and I got an amazing welcome, I even thought about staying longer. Don’t hesitate to book here, Steven and his family are truly lovely and you don’t want to miss the opportunity to stay around them. It’s also really well located and I repeat, superrrr clean ! Would recommend it a hundred times :)
