Everything was great. Everything was clean, the hostel was very clean and comfortable. The friendly and beautiful environment of the hostel will leave you with a memorable memory. The staff was very friendly. It was very close to the metro and two of the main locations. Near The hotel was full of restaurants, cafes and beautiful shops. We left our jacket at the hostel and the hostel staff sent it to our address in the next city, and their help was invaluable.❤️❤️❤️

I’ve stayed at the first branch a few times, and this is my first time trying this second branch. I really love it here! It's just a 20-second walk from the metro station and then straight up the lift. The beds are bigger than in other hostels, and if the pillow isn’t comfy, you can switch to another type. Some rooms even have beds you can adjust up and down. There’s a huge laundry room with free laundry pods, 3 different kitchens, and a balcony with a view of one of Chongqing's bridges near Jiefangbei. My favorite is the quiet workspace. The staff here will patiently help you with anything even some of them are not good in English. The reception is staffed 24/7, and there's a separate makeup room for ladies. Besides lunch and dinner, there’s also a late-night canteen every night! In a city like Chongqing, with so many slopes, it's so nice to come back at night and relax or chat with other travelers. I'll definitely choose to stay here again when I come back to Chongqing.

I liked that there were cats and beds were so comfy. Everyone was friendly when we were playing with the cats and met some other people. The property is directly outside exit 3 of the metro so super convenient (had to input “Crown Mansion” on AMap to find it). The metro line it was on also had most of the touristy hotspots in Chongqing along it making it super easy to get around. Loved the concept of the room - Tatami movie room

The location was excellent .. steps from subway and many tourist attractions. The best part of staying here was the staff . They were excellent . The day manager gave me $10Y because I did not have cash . Rose was so patient and helpful and would arrange for my taxi. Available always, she game me her cell # if I needed anything. They go out of their way in making your stay in Chongqing very pleasant . Highly recommend. Will stay again. I will miss them.
