Excellent location, close to a metro station entrance. Friendly staff and almost always someone was around who could speak English. Alston went beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Clean and entertaining environment, they had music shows, card game night and more. I really enjoyed my stay. Very high quality hostel in the beautiful Suzhou!

The staff was very good in English and gave me a lot of good recommendation for food and sightseeing nearby there. It's near to bus stop, metro station and Shungta Market that has many kinds of food.

Everything is beautiful there especially the drawing room I never thought that I will feel home again after leaving my country but this beautiful hostel changed my mind . The staff were so kind and helpful , I was sad to say goodbye to them ... Thank you so much for your help in this 8 days 🙏 ❤ I wish I can visit suzhou again and meet you again
